GergelyOrosz For any new team, I try to avoid a baggage mentality of making “they should” claims, which can bring early onset bitterness. Instead, when baffled by behavior I instinctively want to change, I reframe as “how might we” questions. Reducing friction improves speed.Permalink On twitter.com
