thiagoghisi Earlier jobs treated me like a hotdog on a stick. Some later jobs, too. It’s obvious when people want **YOU**. Other times they just need warm bodies to hold the headcount. Beware of talent hoarding at your higher levels especially.Permalink On twitter.com
