    GergelyOrosz Yes, I did that, too. :) I am thinking about the SDE that believes being SDM will give them more agency. Or an SDM imagining that agency happens at director level… I think it’s non-obvious what to look for even when they give you a time slot.

      GergelyOrosz That’s why the ride-along comparison. It’s hard to know what to ask an EMT. Default context will be based on movies and media, which is a narrow filter. After you spend a day in the ambulance, your context is totally different. YMMV
