GergelyOrosz Realistically there are projects and teams where business can’t justify the concentration of leadership and brainpower. It’s not much different than figuring out how many managers are needed.Permalink On twitter.com

GergelyOrosz Industry wide it’s ~2 PE per 100 devs. Many projects can get by without even having a PE. Like pointless. But I have also worked on projects that were so full of hard problems that there were 15+ PEs working together with 80 other devs.On twitter.com
