ejames_c Good write up! New joiners often thought that PR/FAQ would be one shot up or down (preceding dev). Amazon doesn’t work this way. Teams have a lot of agency. Docs take many reviews. Dev starts concurrently. PR/FAQs first build trust and momentum (then headcount)On twitter.com
