tottinge Congratulations! I am also down to a steady 215 (from 240 in Mar2021). I started intentionally walking to *all the things* and avoiding cafe treats (croissants and lattes). In Berlin, the steps are easy the cafe is hard. I now average 12k steps / day and 1 latte / month. 💪On twitter.com
