Carnage4Life Still, some environments have more tolerance for authenticity. When I joined Microsoft, the contrast of acceptance was so amazing that I mistook it for support. TBH, it was more tolerance for quirks to keep the value coming. I did feel seen, though. and grateful. YMMV
