JessicaCregg I think the term mentor is very often overloaded to mean anyone that helps you grow on both sides. I agree that my mentor relationships are distinctly personal with bidirectional exchange. They also lack any kind of obligation. It’s a mutual satisfaction experience.Permalink On twitter.com
